P G Department of Commerce and Business Administration Khalsa College Amritsar organized Alumni meet 2022 to honour its alumni working in various schools of Punjab

P G Department of Commerce and Business Administration Khalsa College, Amritsar organized Alumni meet on 12^th March, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the department. Speaking on the occasion, Principal Dr.Mehal Singh said that the purpose of the alumni meet is to promote and foster mutually beneficial interaction between the alumni and the present students of the college and between the alumni themselves. Dean and head of the department Dr. A K Kahlon and coordinator of the alumni meet Dr.Sawraj Kaur welcomed the alumni.  Maintaining relations with alumni is very important as it helps to build on the existing legacy and improve placements of students through alumni connection. Dr.Samiya conducted the stage. The old students of the department from various batches including Mrs.Navjeet Kaur, Mrs.Bhupinderjit Kaur, Mrs.Harpreet Kaur, Mr.Nitin Sehgal, Mr.Anirudh Trehan, Mr.Gurpal Singh attended the meet and made the day memorable for themselves and the department. The alumni were being honoured by the head of the department and the co-ordinator of the meet. They appreciated the efforts of the department for organising the function meticulously. Dr.Nidhi Sabharwal thanked the alumni by saying that this meet will help us to encourage, promote and facilitate education, research and other activities of the department. Dr. Deepak Devgan, Dr.Poonam Sharma, Dr. Ajay Sehgal, Dr.Rachpal Singh along with Committee members Dr. Nidhi Sabharwal and Dr.Samiya Chattha and other faculty members also attended the alumni meet.
