The Post-Graduate Department of Commerce and Business Administration, Khalsa College, Amritsar organized “Career Counselling Event” on 6th February, 2023
The Post-Graduate Department of Commerce and Business Administration, Khalsa College, Amritsar organized “Career Counselling Event” on 6th February, 2023. Around 120 students from various schools participated in this event. The students were shown the whole Commerce Department including Department Library, Commerce Lab, Computer Lab and Research Lab. The school students were apprised about the diverse Courses run by the department and the career opportunities associated with these courses. The primary objective of the event was to elevate, enrich the students with modern day education system.
This event was planned and executed under the supervision of Dr.Mehal Singh (Principal), Dr. A. K Kahlon (Coordinator), Dr. Deepak Devgan (Co-Coordinator). Dr. Deepak Devgan welcomed the faculty members from the different schools. Principal Dr.Mehal Singh appreciated the initiative of the Commerce Department and congratulated on successful organisation of the event. Dr. Deepak Devgan extended vote of thanks to all the guests and students. He also said that the faculty of Commerce Department is committed towards holistic development of all the students in the field of Commerce and Management. He assured that department will keep on organising such events in future too.
Dr.Sawraj Kaur, Dr.Poonam Sharma, Dr. Ajay Sehgal, Dr.Rachhpal Singh and other faculty members of Commerce department were present during the programme.
