The Department of Journalism and Mass communication Khalsa College Amritsar organized a guest lecture on Transcending Cultural Boundaries through Social Media by Nizar Iltumish , Asst. Professor, dept. of Mass communication ,MAMO College , Calicut, Kerala.
Prof Nizar started the guest lecture by providing the information about how social media has promoted Mutual Understanding Across Cultures. He also added that social media has transformed communication, enabling instant interaction and facilitating the exchange of ideas on a global scale between different states.
Dr Sania Head of the department and other faculty members were also present in this lecture.
