The P.G. Department of Food Science and Technology organized a three-day workshop titled "Whisk, Mix, Bake: A Cookie Workshop" from January 23 to January 25, 2024. The event aimed to provide hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge about the art and science of baking, with a focus on cookies. The workshop brought together students, faculty, and industry professionals to share expertise, techniques, and innovations in the realm of cookie production.
