On 22 November 2023, Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar hosted a painting competition welcoming participants from various colleges of Amritsar on eve of celebration of birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Gurbir Singh and Harjeet Singh represented P.G. Department of Fine Arts, Khalsa College Amritsar in the competition. Gurbir Singh displayed exceptional talent and secured second position, earning a cash award of Rs. 3000/- . The event highlight talent of the students and served a platform to them.
