The Social Science Department celebrated its grand Sports Day on 9th November and 12th November 2024 under the esteemed guidance of Head of Department Dr. Sawant Singh Manto, Dr. Sukhbir Singh (Sociology) and Dr. Harmandeep Kaur (Economics). The event featured an impressive lineup of sports, including Chess, Carrom, Badminton, Cricket, and Volleyball, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across semesters.
Organized by President Aaditya Sharma and Vice President Jastaran Singh, the event was a spectacular success, showcasing teamwork, sportsmanship, and a strong sense of departmental unity. Its scale and execution made it a landmark occasion for the department.
