Tech Era Computer Society of School of Computer Science and Applications, Khalsa College, Amritsar organized an inter-departmental one day Institutional Innovation Competition and Poster Presentation competition in collaboration with Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC).This Competition based on innovation ideas. Dr. Harbhajan Singh Randhawa, Head, School of Computer Science and Applications and Dr. Mani Arora, Co-coordinator of Tech-Era Computer Society welcomed Chief Guest Dr. Arvinder Kaur Kahlon , Principal, Khalsa College, Amritsar by giving a living plant. Dr. Arvinder Kaur Kahlon, praised the efforts of the School of Computer Science and Applications for organizing such an engaging and inspiring events. She emphasized the importance of these platforms in providing students with the opportunity to showcase their abilities, explore their creativity, and build skills necessary for the ever-evolving field of information technology. Dr. Harbhajan Singh Randhawa, in his remarks, highlighted how the competition serves as an excellent platform for students to bridge the gap between theory and practice. He noted that such competitions encourage innovation. The event concluded with the Chief Guest, Dr. Arvinder Kaur Kahlon, felicitating the winners of the competition. Certificates were awarded to the first, second, and third-place winners from various events, recognizing their outstanding contributions and achievements.
