P.G. Dept of Mathematics of KCA organized seminar on “Research Methodology”on 25-10-2017. Dr.Anuj Kumar Sharma, Head, P.G. Department of Mathematics, LajpatRai DAV College, Jagraon, Ludhiana and Dr.AshishArora, Head Department of Mathematical Sciences, I.K.G.Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar were resourse persons in the event. Dr.Anuj Sharma Delivered his lecture on Mathematical Modeling. Dr.AshishArora guided students that how to pursue research. He also shared the great achievements of Indian and ancient mathematicians. Principal Dr.Mehal Singh ji was chief guest in the function, Madam NavneenBawa(O.S.D.), Dr. J.S. Arora (HOD,Deptt. Of Commerce) Dr. M.S. Batra(Dean Sciences) and staff of Mathematics Deptt. Prof. AmritKaur, Prof. Navyodh Singh, Dr.Gurcharan Singh, Prof. Navjit Singh, Prof. Anchal Sharma were also present during the event. Madam Rajinder Pal Kaur (HOD Maths dept.) welcomed the guests in the yard of KCA and also extended her thanks to Dr.Mehal Singh for his cooperation and blessings for conducting the function. Dr.MehalSingh congratulated to HOD Maths Department and staff for organizing such a knowledgeable lecture and also motivated students to participate in academic as well as extra-curricular activities to uplift their knowledge.
