An online workshop on Experiments in Physics was organized by PG department of Physics on 17-09-2021 for the science students. The Keynote speaker of the workshop Dr. Arvind, Vice chancellor Punjabi University Patiala addressed the students and acquainted them with the theme of the workshop. Dr. Paramdeep Singh Chandi, Scientific Officer IISER Mohali delivered  a detailed lecture on two important experiments in physics related to  sampling of AC signal and the measurement of Stefan’s constant. He demonstrated the experiment’s in the lab and provided the way to take measurements on the CRO. The workshop was attended by more than 100 students of the UG and PG classes of the science departments.
